When they entered Xara's quarters, they were amazed by what they saw. She had opened a concealed wall cabinet and inside they saw an arsenal of weapons.

Xara: "Ok boys, you didn't know it, but I've been an avid collector of antique weapons. They won't do me much good if we don't make it through this, so you each get to pick one."

Captain Rrak was impressed by his navigator - he always thought that she was a gentle and peaceful soul. Perhaps he should have brought her along and left Xoltar and Xandor behind.

Xoltar went straight for the heavy sword and liked the weight and balance of it. Xandor grabbed the self-loading crossbow that released sharp circular blades at high speeds. Captain Rrak had plenty to choose from but ultimately he settled on a metal whip chain.

Now, properly equipped, they were ready to head out.

Captain Rrak over the intercom: "Team Gamma, this is team Beta. We are headed out. Time for you to do the same."
